Gradatim ad Summum, Harbor Day School’s motto, means Step-by-Step to the Top. The motto aptly describes the Harbor Day School journey. Whether our students start their Harbor Day lives in kindergarten, sixth, or in any other grade, they will build their skills under the guidance of dedicated teachers who will make sure that they learn and grow in a thoughtful and effective way.

While our students learn and grow, they belong to a supportive and vibrant community of educators, parents, and alumni. This community gathers for a multitude of traditional events, including the Back-to-School Picnic, Turkey Bowl, many holiday celebrations, Blue-Gold Track Meet, and Graduation. We love staying in touch with our Harbor Day alumni and watching them continue their educational journeys. Our alumni excel in high school and continue their education at impressive colleges and universities. 

We hope that you will enjoy learning more about Harbor Day School through exploring our website and following us on social media. I hope that you will then come to see our campus at an admission event or on an applicant tour. We are proud to show visitors our state-of-the-art new campus and welcome them to our community.
