Required Health Documents for School Entry
A completed health profile must be submitted online via SchoolDoc.com on or before August 20, 2024. You will receive an email invitation to SchoolDoc.com during the summer. Students must have their SchoolDoc.com profile complete to start school on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.

Students entering seventh grade must have up-to-date vaccines including TDap and Varicella per California State guidelines.
