Spotlight Feature: Meet Ms. Barbour
Candi Barbour has been a staff member at Harbor Day School since 2017. Serving as the executive assistant to the head of school, Ms. Barbour works behind the scenes to assist the head of school and also helps the office run smoothly. Here are some fun and interesting facts about her.
Why did you join Harbor Day School?
I was looking for an opportunity that would be different from the corporate world.
What excites you about working at Harbor Day?
I have made many friends and enjoy the day-to-day events. No two days are ever the same!
What is your favorite event or tradition at Harbor Day?
The Eighth Grade Musical is always spectacular, and I look forward to the amazing performances by the students.
How do you spend your free time?
I spend my free time with my daughter, Lily, at the beach or attending craft fairs.
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself.
My hobby is designing and creating crochet clothing and toys.
