After School Programs
Our Beyond the Bell (BTB) After School Program runs daily Monday through Friday.
BTB enrichment classes, taught by our talented faculty, cover a range of fun and engaging topics. Previous classes include art, ceramics, robotics, Minecraft, debate, basketball, mindfulness, cooking, and chess just to name a few! This dynamic program gives students an opportunity to explore topics of interest outside classroom hours in a nurturing and creative environment.

Program Details
Teacher-led classes will run for either 5 or 6 weeks sessions and cover a wide range of topics such as Minecraft, ceramics, robotics, art, sports, debate, and other activities! Teacher-led classes will not be offered on Tuesdays due to faculty meetings.

The After Care Program includes weekly themes and daily activities for the first hour. The second hour will include study time, quiet reading time, and outdoor playtime options. Parents may pick up at any time during the after care program. The school will charge late fees for each student picked up late. After care will be held daily Monday through Friday.
Beyond the Bell - Summer 2024
We are excited to present our Beyond the Bell Summer Program 2024.
Morning Camp timing is from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m
Afternoon Camp timing is from 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Week 1: July 8 - July 12
Week 2: July 15 - July 19
Week 3: July 22 - July 26
Week 4: July 29 - August 2

Camp classes are $475 per camp and $275 per book club. If your student attends both morning and afternoon camps in the same week, we will offer a 10% discount. Email Ms. Bhatia for the code. Students attending both AM and PM camps will have lunch and playtime before the next session begins. Students must bring their own lunch. Harbor Day will provide snacks for all camps.
Camps will need to meet the minimum requirement of 5 students or more. Camp and/or book club fees are due in full at the time of registration and are non-refundable. Refunds will only be offered if a class cannot be held due to insufficient enrollment.
